NOTICE is hereby given to public at large that Property situated at Gogate wadi, Goregaon (East), which is more particularly described in Schedule written hereinunder [hereinafter referred to as “the said Flat”], is owned and possessed by the Owner viz. MR. JAYANT DHUNDIRAJ VIDWANS, having address as A-6, Ganesh Nagar Society, Gogate Wadi, off Aarey Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai 400063. [Hereinafter, referred to as the “Said Owner”].
