CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT of 32nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Advance Lifestyles Limited w h i c h w a s scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30[th ] September, 2021 at 11:00 AM by Video Conferencing and other Audio Visual Mode ( OVAM).

Dear Shareholder,

Please refer to our Letter dated 3[rd] September, 2021 sending therewith a copy of the 32nd Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2010-2021 along with the Notice. The said Annual Report , inter alia , contained Directors’ Report, Auditors’ Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended on 31[st ] March, 2021. The above documents were sent to you through electronic mode pursuant to the provisions of Sections 101 and 136 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 18 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

As per the said Notice, the AGM was convened at 11:00 AM on Thursday, 30 th September, 2021.

However, due to some technical reasons in establishing necessary Video Conferencing and other Audio Visual Mode ( OVAM) platform, the said Annual General Meeting is CANCELLED / POSTPONED.

The inconvenience to Members is regretted.

New date and time of 32[nd] Annual General Meeting will be intimated soon.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with amended Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company h a d offered e-Voting facility to its Members in respect of business to be transacted at the AGM during the period w h i c h b e g a n on 11:00 AM on 2 7 t h September, 2021 and ends at 5:00 PM to d a y i . e . 29[th ] September, 2021 . The said E-Voting Schedule remains unchanged and would remain sealed and the Members will be given facility to e-vote during and after AGM on the revised date of Meeting, as required..

This Annual Report is available on the website of the Company at www.advance.net.in and in case you desire to have a physical copy of the Annual Report, kindly write with requisite details to our Registrar and Transfer Agents, Bigshare Services Private Limited on bssahd@bigshareonline.com .

In line with “Green Initiative” proposed by MCA and adopted by the Company, all future communications would be sent to you in electronic form to this email address.
