Interim Dividend Declaration

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding company for TIAA Ltd (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce, as reported in Interim Results for the half year ended 30 September 2024 released this morning, an interim dividend of 2.36 pence per share (the "Interim Dividend") to be paid 15 January 2025 to shareholders on the register 3 January 2025 .
