Notice of AGM and Proposed Final Dividend Declaration

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding company for TIAA Ltd (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce, further to the release of our full year results for the year to 31 March 2024 on 29 July 2024, a proposed final dividend declaration of 0.99p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the offices of the Aquis Stock Exchange, Floor 2, 63 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4UA on Wednesday 9 October 2024 at 11:00am.

Further information on the resolutions to be proposed at the Meeting can be found in the Notice of AGM circular that has been made available on the Company's website at:  www.adsureservicesplc.co.uk

The proposed final dividend of 0.99p, together with the interim dividend of 0.49p per share paid in April 2024, will bring the total dividend for the year to 1.48p per share.

Subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 9 October 2024, the following distribution timetable will apply:
