Leadership Team Appointment

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding company for TIAA Limited (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Veran Patel to TIAA Ltd's ("TIAA") leadership team.

Veran Patel has been appointed as TIAA's 'Director - Healthcare' and will lead TIAA's healthcare business unit. Veran has spent over two decades in audit and consulting and brings a wealth of experience to the TIAA team. 

Veran will oversee the implementation of Adsure's growth strategy within the healthcare sector and be responsible for driving organic growth through entry into new regional markets and broadening the range of services available to add value to existing clients.

Notably, with Veran's appointment, all four market lead posts within TIAA's new management structure are now occupied simultaneously for the first time since its implementation. This milestone positions the business to maximise its organic growth opportunities across all sectors.
