The following amendments have been made to the Interim Dividend Declaration announcement released on 16 December 2024 at 07:10 under RNS No 2035Q.

-     An interim dividend of 0.786 pence per share.

-     Total ordinary dividends paid or declared since Adsure's IPO in 2023 total 2.266p per share. 

All other details remain unchanged.

Interim Dividend Declaration

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure"), the holding company for TIAA Ltd (together, "the Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce, as reported in Interim Results for the half year ended 30 September 2024 released this morning, an interim dividend of 0.786 pence per share (the "Interim Dividend") to be paid 15 January 2025 to shareholders on the register 3 January 2025 .

This Interim Dividend is an increase of 60.4 per cent compared with Adsure's first interim dividend of 0.49 pence per share paid in April 2024. Total ordinary dividends paid or declared since Adsure's IPO in 2023 total 2.266p per share.
