Jeffrey Zitron to step down from the Board of TIAA Limited

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Company"), a leading provider of audit and assurance services, announces that Jeffrey (Jeff) Zitron is to step down from the board of TIAA Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adsure. Jeffrey will remain as the Chair of Adsure and a member of the Company's Board.

This planned departure ensures that Jeff can fulfil his role as a independent member and Chair of Adsure's Board of Directors.

Kevin Limn, Chief Executive Officer of Adsure, commented:
