Appointment of Rajiv Jaitly as a Non-Executive Director of the Company

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Company"), a leading provider of audit and assurance services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajiv Jaitly to the Company's Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Rajiv Jaitly's Biography

Rajiv is a chartered accountant and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments with experience in developing board strategy, managing risk, restructuring, and building businesses internationally, with responsibility for assets in excess of $24bn. He is an experienced senior independent and non-executive director with listed board experience and good financial services and risk management skills, including experience dealing with government and regulators at senior levels.

He was appointed an expert by the Office of Fair Trading for its 2013 report on pensions and commissioned by the Financial Services Consumer Panel to write a report on the implications of fund costs for consumers, published in 2014. Rajiv also brings experience as a board committee chair working with finance, business performance, risk and audit committees.
