Ansearch Limited – Reorganisation of Capital

Participating Organisations are advised that the reorganisation of capital of Ansearch Limited (the “Company”) will be effective on Friday, 28 November 2008.

The reorganisation is by way of a share consolidation whereby every 5 fully paid ordinary shares will be consolidated into 1 fully paid ordinary share.

The options on issue will be consolidated in the same ratio as the ordinary shares with the exercise price amended in inverse proportion to that ratio.

The following timetable will apply.
