NOTICE REGARDING OPTION CERTIFICATES ISSUED TO HOLDERS OF PARTLY-PAID SHARES

Ansearch advises that the option certificates issued with the certificates for your ANHCB holding were in error.

In accordance with the prospectus dated 2[nd] January 2007 only 1:2 options were to issue with the payment of the second 2c call on the Entitlement issue shares. The option certificates incorrectly stated the number of options as 1:1. The enclosed option certificate supersedes the previous option certificate. The previous option certificate dated 1[st] May 2007 is not valid.

In accordance with the terms of the Prospectus, on payment of the third 2c call on the entitlement shares, the entitlement shares will become fully paid ordinary shares and a further option certificate will issue on a 1:2 basis to the shareholder entitled to the ordinary shares.

We look forward to the continuing growth in our share price and your exercise of your 10c options prior to 31 December 2007.
