Update on acquisition of Facilitate Digital Holdings Limited

Adslot Ltd (ASX:ADJ) (“Adslot”) today notes the announcement by Facilitate Digital Holdings Limited (ASX:FAC) ("Facilitate") that the Supreme Court of Queensland has made orders permitting Facilitate to convene a meeting of its shareholders ("Scheme Meeting") to consider and vote on a scheme of arrangement for the proposed merger of Facilitate and Adslot ("Scheme"), details of which were jointly announced on 12 September 2013.

The Scheme Meeting will be held at 3.00pm on 4 December 2013 at Level 6, 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills, NSW.

Information relating to the Scheme, including the notice convening the Scheme Meeting as well as an independent expert's report, will be included in an Explanatory Booklet expected which will be sent by Facilitate to its shareholders on or before 5 November 2013.

The Adslot Board continues to believe that the Scheme is compelling and has the potential to create significant value for the shareholders of both companies.
