Update on acquisition of Facilitate Digital Holdings Limited
Adslot Ltd (ASX:ADJ) (“Adslot”) today notes the announcement by Facilitate Digital Holdings Limited (ASX:FAC) ("Facilitate") that the Supreme Court of Queensland has approved the scheme of arrangement for the proposed merger of Facilitate and Adslot ("Scheme"), details of which were jointly announced on 13 September 2013.
The Scheme is scheduled to be implemented on Monday, 23 December 2013.
The Adslot Board continues to believe that the Scheme is compelling and has the potential to create significant value for the shareholders of both companies.
