ANSEARCH SALES REVENUES ESCALATE SIGNIFICANTLY ANSEARCH APPENDIX 4C QUARTERLY REPORT
Ansearch Ltd (ASX: ANH) is pleased to report a further significant escalation in sales and revenue for the quarter ended 30 June, 2007 with online ad network and search sales totalling $4.78m - up from $3.41m in the previous quarter.
Key financial data shows:

ANH revenue for the fourth quarter was $3.4m, up from $2.3m in the previous quarter representing an increase of 47.8%

ANH revenue for the full year ended 30 June, 2007 was $8.03m compared to $1.68m for the year ended 30 June, 2006
-
ANH loss, before income tax and after a share based expense of $0.52m (2006 $1.96m) for the full year ended 30 June, 2007 was $1.26m compared with a loss of $4.4m in the previous financial year

“Ansearch enters the new financial year with an extremely positive outlook,” said Glenn Ridge, Ansearch Limited Chairman. “For the new financial year the now completed acquisition of Webfirm/Search World will strengthen revenues and profits, the soon to be completed entitlement issue will provide additional capital to expand the business both locally and globally and the continued upward trend in revenues is a reflection of the company’s expanding business.”

The quarterly report provides a basis for informing the market how the entity’s activities have been financed for the past quarter and the effect on its cash position. An entity wanting to disclose additional information is encouraged to do so, in a note or notes attached to this report.

Accounting Standards. ASX will accept, for example, the use of International Accounting Standards for foreign entities. If the standards used do not address a topic, the Australian standard on that topic (if any) must be complied with.

Acquisition of Business Entities . The Consideration will be paid in three tranches – the first being on settlement; the second on 30 June 2007 and; the final being at the end of October 2007. All issued equity with the exception of 5 million shares, are subject to escrow provisions set to expire on 31 December 2007. The businesses being acquired have around 2000 clients and approximately 45 staff. They will generate in excess of $3.5 million of revenue in the current financial year with a pre-tax profit of approximately $1 million.
