Attached is an Appendix 3Y regarding the transfer of shares to Quentin George, Director, Adslot Limited (ASX: ADJ).

The transfer of shares results from the completion of vesting of shares awarded at the time of Mr George’s appointment as Director in June 2014.

The shares have been transferred from the Trustee for the Adslot Employee Share Trust (Ansearch.com.au Pty Ltd) to Quentin George.

There is no change to the total number of securities quoted on ASX.
