Cleansing Notice

Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) (“ Adslot ” or the “ Company ”) hereby provides notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

On 8 August 2025, the Company issued 225,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.001 per ordinary share to sophisticated or professional investors under the private placement as announced on 7 August 2025, utilising Company’s placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1A.

The Company confirms that:

1. the ordinary shares will be issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act.
