Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Adslot Ltd (‘ADS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADS, pending it releasing an announcement regarding the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 19 June 2024.

Adslot Ltd – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) (“Company”) requests that a trading halt be placed on the ADS securities with immediate effect.
The trading halt is requested to enable the Company to finalise and execute a pro rata accelerated nonrenounceable entitlement offer ( Transaction ).
Adslot Ltd requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

an announcement being made regarding the Transaction; or
-
the commencement of trading on 19 June 2024.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
