Adslot Ltd. (ASX: ADS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Adslot Ltd. (‘ADS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 June 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Adslot Ltd – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) (“Company”) requests that a trading halt be placed on the ADS securities with immediate effect.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in connection with a capital raising.

Adslot Ltd requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

1. an announcement being made about the capital raising; or

2. the commencement of trading on 9 J une 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
