Adslot Limited (ASX: ADJ) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Adslot Limited (‘ADJ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ADJ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 9 May 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Sir/Madam

Adslot Limited (ASX: ADJ) – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adslot Limited (ASX: ADJ) ( Adslot or Company ) requests a trading halt in Adslot’s ordinary shares with immediate effect to facilitate a proposed capital raising ( Capital Raising ).

The Capital Raising will be undertaken as a two tranche institutional placement: the first tranche will be undertaken using the Company’s available capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and the second tranche will be subject to shareholder approval under ASX Listing Rule 10.11 because it is intended to be made to related parties of the Company.

Adslot requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to ASX in respect of the Capital Raising and the commencement of trading on Thursday, 9 May 2019.

Adslot is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
