TRADING HALT

The securities of Adslot Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 22 September 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Adslot Limited – Request for Trading Halt

The directors of Adslot Limited (ASX: ADJ) ( Adslot ) request a trading halt from the commencement of trading on 20 September 2016.

The purpose of the trading halt is to allow Adslot to undertake a Capital Raising.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adslot provides the following further information:

• (a) Adslot expects that the trading halt will remain in place until the sooner of the commencement of trading on 22 September 2016, or Adslot releasing an announcement with respect to the Capital Raising; and

• (b) Adslot is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
