Close of entitlement offer
Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADJ) ( Adslot ) refers to its announcement on 22 September 2016 in relation to its share placement and fully underwritten 1 for 18 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) to raise an aggregate of approximately $18 million.
Adslot confirms that the Entitlement Offer closed on Monday 17 October 2016.
Take up of the Entitlement Offer (including Top Up applications) represents 48,844,424 shares, or approximately 78% of the shares available.
The underwriter of the Entitlement Offer, Petra Capital Pty Limited, will take up the full amount of the shortfall, being 13,388,688 shares.
Holding statements will be dispatched to shareholders on 25 October 2016.
