Adslot Ltd – Request for trading halt

Adslot Ltd (Adslot) requests an immediate trading halt as it is completing a placement of a material number of shares to a number of institutional and sophisticated investors.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Adslot provides the following further information:

• (a) Adslot expects that the trading halt will remain in place until the commencement of trading on Thursday, 3 July 2014, unless before that time Adslot makes a further announcement and requests that the trading halt be lifted; and

• (b) Adslot is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
