Entitlement Offer – Clarification Statement

On 22 January 2010 Webfirm Group Limited (ASX: WFM) mailed all eligible shareholders an entitlement offer document providing shareholders with details of a 3 for 5 non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer of ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.035 per new share.

Embedded in the entitlement offer document were an announcement and a company presentation which were originally announced to market on 21 December 2009. The announcement and presentation both contain the originally planned closing date of 4 February 2010. This closing date was subsequently changed to 9 February 2010.

Webfirm wishes to confirm that the closing date for applications under the entitlement offer is 5:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 9 February 2010. Application monies must be received by Webfirm by this date in accordance with the instructions that are set out on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form.

Webfirm also wishes to clarify that when calculating entitlements for each holder, where the calculation resulted in a fraction, the fraction was rounded up to the nearest whole share to determine the number of entitlement shares for each holding.
