TRADING HALT
The securities of Webfirm Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2010 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Webfirm Group Limited (ASX: WFM) (‘Webfirm’) requests the granting of an immediate trading halt for its securities. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market in connection with a potential capital raising.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:
(a) The trading halt is necessary as otherwise trading in securities may take place in an uninformed market.
(b) Webfirm requests the trading halt remain in place until Webfirm is in a position to make an announcement to the market. Webfirm expects the further announcement will be made prior to the commencement of trading on 13 September 2010.
(c) Webfirm confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
