Ansearch Limited (ASX: ANH) wishes to advise that 52,500,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares in the company have expired or lapsed in accordance with the option terms as follows:

• 29,166,666 directors 10c options have lapsed pursuant to director’s departure.

• 4,166,666 directors 15c options have lapsed pursuant to director’s departure.

• 4,166,668 directors 20c options have lapsed pursuant to director’s departure.

• 6,666,666 management 10c options have expired as at 30 June 2008.

• 4,166,667 management 15c options have expired as at 30 June 2008.

• 4,166,667 management 20c options have expired as at 30 June 2008.
