INFORMATION ON UPCOMING SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

On 29 July 2008 Ansearch Limited (ASX:ANH) announced an equity raising program consisting of three parts:

• Tranche 1:

The successful placement of 72,000,000 shares to specialist investors and sophisticated investors to raise $864,000.

• Tranche 2:

The placement of 34,333,334 shares to sophisticated investors including directors and senior management of the Company.

All resolutions necessary for the Company to proceed with this placement, including the placement of shares to directors of the Company, were approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 16 September 2008.

Each of the directors of the Company has elected to participate in the second tranche placement.

• Tranche 3:

An offer to all shareholders (under the Company's Share Purchase Plan) whereby shareholders can elect to purchase up to $5,000 worth of shares in the Company at the same price as that offered to investors under the above placements.

All resolutions necessary for the Company to proceed with the Share Purchase Plan were approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held 16 September 2008.

Offers will be made under the Share Purchase Plan to all eligible holders of shares in the Company at 7:00pm on Wednesday 24 September 2008 ( Record Date ).

Ansearch expects to send information about the Share Purchase Plan and the offers made to shareholders under that Plan on or about Monday 29 September 2008. The offer will remain open until 5:00pm on Friday 17 October 2008.

The directors are pleased to offer all shareholders the opportunity to participate in the equity raising at the same price as that offered in the private placement. Further, for those shareholders holding an unmarketable parcel of shares, it offers those persons the opportunity to build their holdings to a marketable parcel level.
