Ansearch announcement regarding Entitlement Issue

Melbourne: 15 August 2007

Ansearch Limited (ASX:ANH) advises that all holders of partly paid ANHCB shares who had not paid to date the final 2 cent installment due on 21 August 2007 were sent the attached call notice yesterday to ensure that payment of the final 2c installment is received by 21 August 2007. Partly paid shares will then convert to ORD shares and in accordance with the previously published timetable, holding certificates will be despatched on 27 August 2007.
