Key Changes to Extension of Executive Chairman’s Terms of Appointment

Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) (“Adslot” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew Dyer who was appointed as Executive Chairman, as announced on 6 September 2024 and whose terms of appointment were subsequently updated as announced on 13 August 2025 and 2 February 2026, has agreed to a further extension of his terms of appointment until 30 June 2026.
