Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary

Adslot advise that Mr Ben Dixon has been appointed Company Secretary effective 14 July 2017. Mr Dixon is currently an Executive Director of Adslot and will be interim Company Secretary until the commencement of the new CFO/Company Secretary (see separate announcement released today) on 30 August 2017.

As advised to the ASX on 4 May 2017 Mr Brendan Maher has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Maher’s resignation as Company Secretary is effective as of 14 July 2017.
