Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary

Adslot Limited (“Adslot”, ASX: ADJ) is pleased to announce that Ms Felicity Conlan has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Company Secretary effective 9[th] October 2017.

Ms Conlan is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Adslot, appointed in August 2017 (see announcement released 14[th] July 2017).

Ms Conlan has over 20 years management, finance and accounting experience working for a number of private and listed public companies both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Mr Ben Dixon, Executive Director, resigns as interim Company Secretary effective 9[th] October 2017.
