Resignation of Director

Following the recent acquisition of Facilitate Digital Ltd and the appointments of Mr Geoff Dixon and Mr Ben Dixon to the Board of Adslot Limited (ASX:ADJ) (“ Adslot ”), Mr Chris Morris has today announced his resignation from the Board of Adslot due to other business commitments.

Mr Morris said, “I have very much enjoyed working with Andrew and Adrian these past four years, and as a significant shareholder, I am confident Adslot will do well with their continued involvement.

“Geoff Dixon joining the Board gives me even greater confidence that the Company remains in very good hands, and with my growing commitments due to the recent acquisition of the Townsville Casino, it is the right time for me to step down.”

Chairman and Founder of Adslot, Andrew Barlow said: “We thank Chris for his continued support of the Company over the past four years, and his considerable contribution to the Board. The Company would not be where it is today without his early and ongoing support. We wish Chris great success with his growing interests and investments in Far North Queensland.”

Mr Morris became a major shareholder in Adslot in 2009, and a director in September 2010. He retires after almost three and a half years on the Board of Adslot.
