Change of Chairman

Adslot Limited (ASX:ADJ) (“ Adslot ”) announces that Mr Adrian Giles will retire as Chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held today.

Mr Giles retires as Chair due to workload associated with other commitments, but will remain a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Giles retires as Chairman after four years in the role, having first been appointed on 8 October 2009.

Mr Andrew Barlow will take over as Chairman from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

Mr Barlow was a co-founder of Hitwise, Inc. with Mr Adrian Giles, and first became a director of Adslot Ltd in 2007. Mr Barlow is also the founder of Adslot, and a former Chairman (November 2007 to October 2009) and Acting CEO (August 2011 – October 2012) of Adslot Ltd.
