CHANGE TO ANSEARCH BOARD

Director’s Resignation

Director Mr. Dean Jones has tendered his resignation from the Board of Ansearch Limited, effective today.

Mr. Jones said “My decision is driven by a number of personal and professional matters that require an increasing level of my attention, regrettably leaving me without sufficient time to devote to my position as a Director of Ansearch. I leave the Company satisfied that I have helped to re-build the Company since returning to the Board last year. I feel that I have achieved my stated aims, including supporting the reconstitution of the Board, finding a strong Chief Executive Officer, and helping to shape the Company’s strategic vision. I look forward to watching the recent changes take shape and the Company realise its full potential. It has been a particularly difficult decision, but one made a little easier knowing that I leave the Company in the hands of a capable team of Directors and Senior Management with outstanding industry experience.”

Ansearch Chairman, Mr Barlow said “It is with some sadness that I accept the resignation of Mr Dean Jones. Dean has contributed greatly to the transformation of the Company and it’s success to date. Dean’s passion for the online media space will be missed, and we wish Dean great success in all his future endeavours. We are very pleased, however, that Dean will continue to remain a close friend of the Company.”
