Minutes of General Meeting

Melbourne: 22 October 2007

The Minutes of the Ansearch General Meeting held at Level 1, 500 Collins Street, Melbourne on Monday 22nd October 2007 at 2:30pm are as follows.

Prior to the General Meeting the Ansearch Board of Directors appointed Dean Jones and Andrew Barlow to the Board.

Glenn Ridge and Terry Grigg resigned from the Board of Directors.

Dean Jones (on behalf of Whodeani Pty Ltd) withdrew the section 264D Notice and on that basis the motions to be put to the General Meeting were no longer required to be put to the meeting and the meeting did not proceed.
