MARKET UPDATE – SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

Following the recent changes to the Board of Ansearch Limited, the Board wishes to advise the following changes to the Senior Executive Team:

Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

Mr Robert Edge has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Ansearch Limited.

Mr Edge was engaged by the Company earlier this year to review and restructure the business processes in order to establish a robust platform to support the Company’s future growth. Given this process is now complete and new business processes have been successfully implemented, Mr Edge has decided to resign as CEO to pursue other interests.

The Board of Ansearch wishes to thank Mr Edge for his invaluable contribution during this period and wishes him well in all his future endeavours.

The Board is currently undertaking a search process to identify and appoint a CEO with suitable skills and experience to lead the Company through its next phase of growth. The Board looks forward to announcing the appointment of a new CEO in the near future.

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Damian Element as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Ansearch Limited.

Mr Element is a CPA, with more than ten years relevant industry experience working in a range of small, medium and large companies in the technology, telecommunications, Internet services and software development industries.

Mr Element holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Macquarie University, and has significant mergers and acquisitions experience in the online industry.

The Board welcomes Mr Element to the Executive team.

Other Senior Executives

The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Joshua Edis will remain in his role as Chief Operations Officer and Mr Andrew Beecher will remain in his role as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Annual General Meeting

Given the recent changes to the Board, the Company is seeking an extension of time in which to hold its 2007 Annual General Meeting. The Company will make a further announcement regarding the new date of the AGM shortly.
