MARKET UPDATE – RETIREMENT OF CHAIRMAN

The Board wishes to advise the following change to the constitution of the Board of Ansearch.

Mr Peter Jermyn has retired as Chairman of Ansearch Limited, effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting held today. Mr Jermyn retired in accordance with Article 3.6 of the Company’s Constitution and did not offer himself for re-election. Mr Jermyn is leaving to pursue other interests.

The Board is currently undertaking a search process to identify and appoint a Director with suitable skills and experience to join the existing Directors as Chairman to lead the company through the next phase of growth.

Mr Andrew Barlow, currently a Director of the company, will assume the position of Acting Chairman in the interim.

The Board of Ansearch wishes to thank Mr Jermyn for his invaluable contribution to the company during his tenure as a Director, and as Chairman of the Board.
