CHAIR ADDRESS TO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - FY25

Dear Shareholders and Valued Team Members,

This year has been transformative for Adslot. We’ve become a leaner, more focused organization with a clear purpose. FY25 brought challenges, but we are stronger than we were 12 months ago.

Our growth businesses achieved major milestones this year, each securing transformative partnerships. Storefront signed a groundbreaking deal with Viber, providing self-service advertising across 34 countries, with more to come. Open Marketplace partnered with Goldvertise to deliver premium CTV solutions, leveraging inventory from Vevo and others. These deals validate our strategy and position us as leaders in self-service advertising.

Post year-end, we completed a capital raise, strengthening our balance sheet and enabling us to accelerate key initiatives. We welcome new shareholders and thank all investors for their confidence in Adslot’s potential.

Over the past year, we’ve repriced contracts, streamlined operations, and focused resources on high-potential areas. Combined with disciplined cost management, these changes have reduced cash burn and moved us closer to breakeven. While there is more to do, we’ve laid strong foundations for sustainable growth. These opportunities deserve capital and patience.

I thank our staff for their resilience and our shareholders for their trust. We are focused on execution, and despite remaining challenges, our progress demonstrates our ability to adapt and lead in a rapidly evolving market.
