2023 Annual General Meeting

Adslot Ltd (ASX: ADS) (Company) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 15 November 2023 commencing at 11.30am (AEDT). Full details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the ASX and provided to shareholders in October 2023.

The closing time and date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, 3 October 2023.
