With reference to our earlier letters dated 15[th] April, 2022 & 28[th] May, 2021 in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation (Merger by Absorption) of Ador Welding Academy Private Limited with Ador Welding Limited and their respective shareholders, under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 & rules made thereunder, this is to inform that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, on Friday, 03[rd] February, 2023, pronounced the Order, sanctioning / approving the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation.
