This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill to the said Regulations, we wish to inform that, Dr. Deep A. Lalvani (DIN: 01771000), vide his letter dated 01* April, 2022 conveyed his decision to resign from the office of the Whole Time Director of the Company due to certain commitments, with immediate effect. Further, he will continue as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, on the Board of the Company.
