Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) Schedule III Part A Para A, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated 09" September, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Girish Anant Patkar, Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel has been assigneda different role / responsibility in the Organisation effective tomorrow i.e. from 09" September, 2020.
In view of the above, Mr. Girish Anant Patkar will no longer be in the role of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mr. Suryakant Sethia, Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)will be the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
