Sub: Corrigendum to the Notice of 70[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company
The corrigendum is being issued in continuation / with respect to the Notice of 70[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our Company, dated 30[th] May, 2023, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 09[th] August, 2023, dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company by email on 17[th] July, 2023.
There was an inadvertent typographical error, observed subsequent to the circulation of the Notice. The Shareholders of Ador Welding Limited are requested to note the correction, as appearing hereunder with respect to point no. o(b) of the Notes to the Notice of 70[th] AGM.
Point no. o(b) of the Notes is to be read as under:
- (b). In respect of the shares held in electronic form i.e. Dematerialized (Demat) mode, the Dividend will be payable on the basis of the details of beneficial ownership, furnished by M/s. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and M/s. Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), for this purpose, as at the close of business hours on Wednesday, 02[nd] August, 2023 .
All other contents of the Notice of 70[th] AGM to the Shareholders remain the same, as before. We hereby request you to make note of the above and acknowledge its receipt.
