Release of Shares and Options from Escrow – Appendix 3B

Melbourne, Australia, 25 June 2018 : ApplyDirect Limited (ASX: AD1) ( Company ) advises that 59,368,283 fully paid ordinary shares and 26,244,352 options over unissued ordinary shares have today been released from an ASX imposed escrow period.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.7, the Company applies for quotation of the 59,368,283 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company in the attached Appendix 3B. The options released from escrow remain unquoted.

The total number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue in the Company is 222,299,657, all of which will be quoted. There are also a total of 67,719,827 options, all of which are unquoted.
