Release of Restricted Securities from Escrow

Melbourne, Australia, 8 June 2018 : ApplyDirect Limited (ASX: AD1) ( ApplyDirect or the Company ), advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following securities will be released from escrow on the following dates:

Of the total number of Options subject to escrow, 935,064 Options are scheduled to expire before the Release Date.

The Escrowed Securities were subject to ASX imposed escrow provisions for 24 months from the date of official quotation of the ordinary securities of the Company.
