Conversion of Convertible Notes Completed
Melbourne, Australia, 19 December 2016 : ApplyDirect Limited (ASX: AD1) ( ApplyDirect or the Company ) is pleased to confirm 100% of its Convertible Notes ( Notes ) has converted in accordance with the Terms outlined in the Prospectus. The Notes were issued in March 2016 and with a term of six months from listing date. The Company’s balance sheet is now debt free.
ApplyDirect CEO, Lorcan Barden, said: “The election of all noteholders to convert to equity is an endorsement of the Company’s strategy and commitment to building enduring shareholder value.”
