AD1 appoints Nicholas Smedley to the board

Melbourne, Australia, 6 March 2020: AD1 Holdings Limited (ASX: AD1) ( AD1 or the Company ), the provider of customer branded recruitment technology platforms, utilities software billing services and management platforms and related services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas Smedley as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

Mr Smedley is an experienced Investment Banker and M&A Advisor, with 14 years’ experience at UBS and KPMG. He has worked on M&A transactions in the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Australia with transactions ranging from the A$9bn defence of WMC Resources through to the investment of $65m into Catch.com.au. Mr Smedley currently oversees investments in the Property, Aged care, Technology and Medical Technology space. Key areas of expertise include M&A, Debt structuring, Corporate governance and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. Mr Smedley is currently the Executive Chairman of Respiri Limited (ASX: RSH).
