ApplyDirect appoints Grant Thornton as Company Auditor

ApplyDirect Limited (ASX: AD1)(‘AD1’ or the ‘Company’) has recently undertaken an assessment of its audit requirements and determined to appoint a new service provider with a more diversified service offering.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, the Company wishes to advise that it has accepted the resignation of Daniel Allison & Associates as its auditor.

As foreshadowed in its Prospectus, AD1 has appointed Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd as its auditor, effective immediately.
