Updated Top 20 Holders Report and Change of Director’s Interest Notices
Following the allotment 52,348,731 under the Share Purchase Plan (“ SPP ”), Admiralty Resources NL (“ Admiralty ”) encloses herewith an updated Top 20 holders report.
Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice will follow in separate announcements for all Directors as a result of participation in the SPP.
The current issued capital of the company is 606,518,966 shares, of which 35.91% is held by the Top 20 holders.
The report will be published on the Admiralty website at www.ady.com.au under the sections Corporate Overview / Capital Structure .
