SHARE PURCHASE PLAN
Admiralty Resources NL (“The Company” or “Admiralty”) advises that the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) will close as scheduled at 5pm on Friday, 1 April 2011. Any applications received after this time will be accepted at the sole discretion of the Company.
The dollar figure of the New Shares to be issued under the SPP is expected to be announced on Monday, 4 April 2011 and the final issue price of the New Shares is expected to be announced to the market on Monday, 11 April 2011.
