Chairperson Appointment
Sydney, Australia, 23rd June 2014. Admiralty Resources NL (ASX:ADY) advises that Ms Aiping Wang, a Non-Executive Director of the company, has replaced Mr Alan Beasley as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Beasley will continue to serve the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Ms Wang has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Xian Jiaotong University in China. Ms Wang is currently a director of Zhonjin Tianrun Equity Management Company which focuses on mining investment in China
Ms Wang previously held the position of senior manager at Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd where she was responsible for mining investment and was also a senior manager for Parkson Retail Group.
The Board would like to thank Mr Beasley for the service he has provided to the Board as Chairman.
