APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Board of Admiralty Resources NL (“The Company” or “Admiralty”) is pleased to advise that Mr. Stephen Charles Prior has been appointed to the position of Managing Director pursuant to Clause 5.4 of the Company’s Constitution. Mr. Prior has held the position of Executive Director since February 2010 before being appointed Managing Director.
Stephen’s appointment to Managing Director more accurately reflects his roles and responsibilities under the Company’s current operating structure.
